Art Vision Awards (AVA) is a leading international platform dedicated to photography and visual arts.
We celebrate creative excellence, bold expression, and contemporary storytelling.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Art Vision Awards website, membership system, image submissions, and all related services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
These Terms govern access to the AVA platform, membership system, gallery features, and all image submissions. Using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AVA, Users accept these Terms in full. AVA may modify the Terms at any time.
3. Membership Plans
AVA offers three plans: Free, Creator, Premium. Each plan includes specific quotas and features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including in cases of:
- user error,
- unused subscription time,
- disqualification,
- technical issues on the user’s side,
- partial or complete contest cancellation.
AVA does not offer compensation under any circumstance.
5. User Content & Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all images respect:
- copyright,
- model release requirements,
- local and international legal standards.
Prohibited content includes pornography, child exploitation, violence, hate speech, defamation, and undeclared AI images.
6. Copyright
Users retain full ownership of their work.
7. License Granted to AVA
Participants grant AVA a limited promotional licence to display and promote submitted images on AVA’s website, social networks, and partner publications.
Duration:
- 3 years for non-winning entries,
- permanent for Finalists and Winners.
8. Indemnification
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all images respect:
- copyright,
- model release requirements,
- local and international legal standards.
Prohibited content includes pornography, child exploitation, violence, hate speech, defamation, and undeclared AI images.
9. Platform Availability
AVA may modify, suspend, or interrupt access for maintenance or technical reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
GZ PROD LTD is not responsible for data loss, service interruption, third-party failures, or user-uploaded content.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
AVA complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR. Personal data is never sold or shared without consent.
12. Social Network Disclaimer
AVA is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social network.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
14. Prize Payment
Cash prizes awarded to Winners are paid within 90 days after the official closing of the contest. Winners must provide valid identification and required banking information. Failure to provide these details within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Select the participation pack that matches your goals. AVA offers three one-time packs: Spotlight, Signature, and Prestige.
Create Your Account
Register your AVA account and access your personal member space to manage your profile and submissions.
Secure Payment
Your payment is processed through a secure system. Once confirmed, your submission credits are automatically added to your account.
Upload Your Photos
Submit your images according to your available credits and make sure your files follow the AVA contest guidelines.
Jury Review
Finalist works are reviewed anonymously by the AVA jury panel and evaluated for artistic vision, creativity, impact, and technical quality.
Results & Notification
Selected artists and winners are contacted according to the official contest calendar and may receive recognition, publication, and prize-related communication.
