CONTEST RULES (2026) GZ PROD LTD – United Kingdom
These Contest Rules govern participation in the Art Vision Awards (AVA).By submitting images to the competition, you fully agree to these Rules, to ourTerms & Conditions, and to our Privacy & Data Policy.
1. Purpose of the Contest
Art Vision Awards is an international photography competition celebrating creativity in fashion, beauty, portrait, travel, landscape, street, conceptual, and AI-declared artistic imagery.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to all photographers aged 18 or older, from any country.The contest is void where prohibited by local law. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: employees, contractors, or official partners of Art Vision Awards or GZ PROD LTD, jury members and editorial team members, immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings), individuals living in the same household as any of the above. AVA may verify eligibility at any time.
4. Submission Guidelines
Participants may only submit images for which they hold full rights.Accepted content includes: photography, retouched photography, AI-generated images only if declared at upload. Prohibited content includes: illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, or defamatory material, any improper depiction of minors, undeclared AI-generated content, content violating social media platform policies.
5. Copyright
Participants retain 100% ownership of their images. AVA does not claim copyright or commercial rights.
6. Rights Granted to AVA
By submitting images, Participants grant AVA and GZ PROD LTD a nonexclusive promotional licence to: display the images on the website, feature them in galleries, selections, and newsletters, share them on AVA’s official social networks, publish them in Lookbook Magazine or partner publications. License duration: Non-winning images: 3 years from submission. Top 10, Finalists, Winners: permanent archival use for transparency and historical record. No commercial use will ever occur without written consent.
7. Jury & Selection Process
Images are reviewed by the AVA Editorial Team and the appointed Jury. Criteria include: artistic quality, originality, emotional impact, and technical execution. All jury decisions are final.
8. Prizes
Monthly contests include: Winner: publication + certificate + award display Top 10 Finalists: publication + certificate Top 50 Selected: publication Season Awards: Lookbook Magazine features Prizes may evolve depending on partnerships.
9. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
Winners and Finalists will be notified by email and via their AVA dashboard within 15 days of jury selection. A Winner may forfeit the prize if they: fail to respond within 30 days, fail to provide required information,are found ineligible.AVA accepts no responsibility for emails filtered as spam or for incorrect contact details
10. Participant Liability
Participants are fully responsible for:
- copyright compliance,
- obtaining all model releases,
- verifying the legality of their images.
AVA / GZ PROD LTD cannot be held liable for legal claims arising from submitted content.
11. Contest Period
Each monthly contest follows the schedule announced on the AVA website.
12. Refund Policy (UPDATED)
All payments and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.No refunds are issued for:
- user errors,
- unused subscription time,
- disqualification,
- technical issues on the user’s side,
- partial or full contest cancellation.
13. Contest Suspension or Cancellation (UPDATED)
Art Vision Awards may suspend or cancel a contest due to force majeure, technical failure, or any situation beyond its control. In such cases, no compensation, no refund, and no subscription extension will be provided. Participants expressly accept this condition.
14. Social Network Disclaimer
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or X (Twitter). Participants release these platforms from any responsibility.
15. Prize Payment (NEW CLAUSE)
Cash prizes awarded to Winners are paid within ninety (90) days after the official closing of the contest. To receive the payment, Winners must provide: valid identification, required banking details, any administrative documentation required under UK law. If the Winner fails to provide these details within the required time, the prize may be cancelled without appeal.

Jury Review
Finalist works are reviewed anonymously by the AVA jury panel and evaluated for artistic vision, creativity, impact, and technical quality.
Results & Notification
Selected artists and winners are contacted according to the official contest calendar and may receive recognition, publication, and prize-related communication.
